Nikkis is a continual learner who enjoys problem solving, engaging in research-based answers, and ensuring accuracy before completion. She is a Master of Accounting graduate with experience in customer projects and detailed research-based knowledge. Outside the office she enjoys exploring the city and surrounding areas for new cafes, restaurants, and nature trails. Fun Fact Nikki is a coffee lover who enjoys quality time with her husband and family members.

Chrystal ensures accurate, comprehensive financial records for multiple clients and produces timely monthly and quarterly reporting packages. She leverages 30+ years of accounting experience and deep financial accounting expertise across multiple client types and industries. Chrystal enjoys traveling and hanging out at her lake house with family & friends. Fun Fact I’ve had a decades‑long relationship with one soap opera — longer than some people’s marriages.

Keshaa McGurn is the CEO of Platinum Financial Services overseeing operations, strategy, and business development. With three decades of experience in finance, tax, audit, and accounting, Keshaa collaborates closely with clients to provide tailored accounting and financial solutions. Her dedication to the accounting profession and commitment to supporting small businesses have established her as a specialist within the Atlanta-Metro area. Keshaa’s areas of expertise include corporate accounting, auditing, financial reporting, research, regulatory compliance, internal controls, and strategic planning. She is driven by a vision to transform the quality and delivery of financial services for small business owners. Born in Chester, PA, Keshaa earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Widener University and later completed an MBA in Management at Strayer University. She is both a certified public accountant and a certified paralegal, and she maintains active memberships in the Georgia Society of CPAs as well as the Association of Airport Internal Auditors. In addition to her professional pursuits, Keshaa volunteers her time mentoring others about debt management and financial literacy. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, cooking, and reading.

Katherine supports daily operations at Platinum Financial Services by creating and managing client appointments, communicating with clients via phone and email, preparing personal and business tax returns, and providing dependable administrative and accounting support to the team. As a senior accounting student with several months of hands-on experience, Katherine brings strong teamwork, communication, and adaptability skills. Outside the office, Katherine enjoys spending time with friends and family, going on walks, and traveling.

Kanu maintains accurate and reliable financial records, assists with audit support, and prepares tax-ready books for clients. He holds an accounting degree from Georgia Gwinnett College and brings practical experience paired with a strong dedication to accuracy, ensuring clients remain confident and well-informed regarding their financial matters. Kanu enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing soccer, and working outside with his hands.
